How do I adjust the height of the shoulder straps on my Vorn backpack?

To adjust the height of the shoulder straps you open the velcro in the middle of the back, the top one is attached to a strap that is fastened to the shoulder straps. To free it from the backpack you need to “follow” the strap upwards back and forth through the molle straps, and release it from there. Adjust it to the height you want, and fasten it the same way you open it.
